Cancellation Policy

Clear & Fair Cancellation Guidelines

We value the time of both our patients and doctors.

At India Top Doctor, we maintain a strict yet fair cancellation policy to ensure healthcare access for everyone. Please read our guidelines below.

Patient Cancellations

Patients can cancel their appointment through their dashboard. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for a full refund (minus any processing fees).

Doctor Cancellations

If a doctor cancels an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the patient is entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee, as determined by the specific doctor or clinic’s policy.

No-Show Policy

If a patient fails to show up for a confirmed appointment without prior notice, no refund will be issued for that session.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling is permitted up to 12 hours before the appointment, subject to the doctor's availability. Frequent rescheduling may result in account restrictions.
