Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are issued if a doctor cancels the appointment, if there is a technical failure on our platform preventing the consultation, or if a patient cancels within the permitted time frame (24+ hours notice).
Refund Process
Once a refund is approved, it is processed automatically. You will receive a notification via email. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI).
Processing Timeline
Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.
Non-Refundable Cases
Consultations that have already taken place are non-refundable. Late cancellations (within 24 hours) and No-Shows are also ineligible for a refund.
